About the Opportunity

OBJECTIVE:

In this full-time position, the employee will be asked to manage the daily responsibilities of the mill. They will strive to attain maximum operational effectiveness and efficiency inside the workplace. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: maintenance of equipment, quality control, and maintaining proper inventory levels of ingredients and manufactured feed. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policies.

OUR EXPECTATIONS ARE THAT YOU:

• Are available to work full time, 2nd shift hours from 3:00pm - 11:30pm
• Are available to work overtime (including weekends as needed)
• Are able to do heavy lifting, loading and bending (50-100 pounds)

YOU ARE RIGHT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU:

• Have experience working in agriculture and enjoy being a key player in the industry
• Have good time management skills
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Have excellent interpersonal skills
• Are able to maintain quality control
• Are comfortable working a fast paced environment
• Are comfortable working in adverse conditions (hot in the summer, cold in the winter)

HIGHLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BRING:

• A high school diploma (or GED)
• Agriculture experience (preferred)
• Mechanical ability (preferred)
• Background in feed or animal production (preferred)
